A2: Activity/Event Details

Complete all details to ensure effective administration, insurance coverage and promotion of your activity/event.

If an existing auspice agreement is not on file, then a new one will need to be drafted and file the original in Auspiced Agreements. If activity is not auspiced, but is coordinated by a volunteer, the volunteer must be registered with CNH for their activity to be covered by our insurance.  CNH policies and procedures apply.

Location of Activity/Event.

If the event is not at a venue managed by CNH or a location covered by another provider, a risk assessment will need to be made to comply with insurance requirements.  This goes on the event file.  See Risk Assessment details further down.
